ECU Repairs 

A customer in Barnsley, Sheffield sent an ECU in for a Vauxhall Zafira 1.9CDTi. The customer complained that the car was running rough and cutting out. After completing an extensive ECU soak test, the customer was advised that the unit was faulty and could be repaired.

After testing we found the coil packed circuit had burnt out on the ECU due to a failed coil pack on the vehicle. We were able to repair the ECU and advised the customer to replace the coil pack on the vehicle prior to fitting the engine ECU.
